Booking conditions

1. Booking process

All bookings are made exclusively via WhatsApp at +971 58 151 5981. No direct sales are made on this website. A booking is confirmed only after written agreement from our team on WhatsApp.

2. Required documents

To rent a vehicle, the client must present a valid driving licence (national or international as applicable) and a valid ID or passport. For yacht rental, a passport is required. The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years.

3. Rates and payment

Prices displayed on the site are shown in AED (UAE Dirham) and are indicative only. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is made according to terms agreed with our team (cash, bank transfer, or other agreed method).

4. Security deposit

A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle or yacht chosen. JustDubai offers a no-deposit option, available on request and subject to conditions. Our team will inform you of the terms at the time of booking.

5. Delivery and collection

JustDubai provides delivery and collection of the vehicle or yacht at the agreed address, 24/7, anywhere in Dubai. Delivery is included in the rental price.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions are defined at the time of booking confirmation on WhatsApp. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, fees may apply in accordance with the agreed conditions.

7. Liability

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or yacht during the rental period. JustDubai disclaims all liability for accidents, theft or damage resulting from improper or illegal use.

8. Governing law

These conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai.
